8 Days: Perfect for travel. Pick up 1 day before your trip; return on day 8.

Insurance & Deposits
Reservation: A 50% deposit is required immediately to hold your dress.
Peace of Mind: A $10 insurance fee covers minor stains or tears.
Security: A $250 credit card pre-authorization is required at pickup. This is released within one week of the dress being returned in good condition.
All-Inclusive: Your rental price always includes professional dry cleaning and a garment bag.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. At the time of pickup, we also require a $250 credit card pre-authorization. This is not a charge, but a hold that is released within one week after the dress is returned in its original condition.
Yes! While our personalized home-styling and hair/makeup services are exclusive to Calgary, we offer convenient rental options for customers across Canada.What happens if I return the dress late?To ensure the dress is ready for the next "Cinderella moment," we ask that you stick to your 3, 5, or 8-day window. Late returns may be subject to additional fees to cover the impact on other reservations.
Not at all! Professional dry cleaning is included in your rental price. Simply place the dress back in the provided garment bag and return it by your scheduled date.
Don't worry—life happens! Every rental includes a $10 insurance fee that covers minor stains and small, repairable tears. If the dress suffers unrepairable damage, the security deposit will be forfeited.
