      Joyce’s Closet is an online designer consignment shop. For individuals who have designer clothing that they are interested in getting rid of they can consign them to Joyce’s Closet who will then sell the items on behalf of the client and give them a percentage of the sale. Clients get 50% for the first 30 days and 40% for the remaining 180 days depending on season. Joyce’s Closet clients also have the choice of a store credit towards any items.

         

          Does Joyce’s closet only sell clothes online, or can I find them anywhere else?

            Joyce’s Closet sells products online and in their home studio, however from time to time Joyce participates in Local markets throughout the year. You can find more info about where we will be in the "Where To Find Us" section of our page offering local Calgary clients the opportunity to purchase product.                 Is Joyce’s closet available internationally?

                  Currently, Joyce’s closet is available in the U.S. and Canada, and products can be shipped internationally.

                     

                      What is Joyce’s Closet Personal Styling and how does it work?

                        Through Joyce’s passion and knowledge for fashion she works with clients to create a style profile based on their comfort level, size, lifestyle, and budget. Joyce will work personally with the client to personally style them with one, or many different looks.

                           

                            What is Wardrobe Consultation and how does it work?

                              Joyce’s closet offers wardrobe consultation to clients who are in need of completely re-working their wardrobe. This is suited well to someone who may be transitioning into a new job, or moving from a more casual lifestyle into a more professional lifestyle.

                                Joyce will personally visit clients closets either in-person or virtually and offer suggestions on what clients should keep, get rid of, and then finally, add to their wardrobe to make it complete.

                                 

                                  What is Personal Shopping and how does it work?

                                    Joyce is passionate about shopping. If you are an individual who is intimidated by the shopping experience, or simply feels like putting an outfit together is next to impossible you can consult directly with Joyce.

                                    The process is simple, you simply provide Joyce with your size and measurements, as well as style profile. From there, Joyce will hand pick items out for clients. This option can be especially helpful if you have an event to attend or are transitioning into a new job. Joyce will even put full outfits and looks together for you complete with shoes and accessories.

                                     

                                    What is Dress Rental and how does it work?

                                    We have a large inventory of designer cocktail dresses and gowns in size 0-12 and we make them available for a fraction of the retail price. You can book an appointment directly on our website for a fitting or to reserve the dress.

                                     

                                      What types of designer names and products does Joyce’s Closet typically carry?

                                      How often will Joyce’s Closet add new products?

                                      Products will be added daily or as Joyce’s Closet gets them in.

                                      When will the items be shipped out?

                                      Items will be shipped out 1-2 days after receiving payment.

                                      What is Joyce’s Closet return/exchange policy?

                                      Due to the nature of our business, all items are FINAL SALE. We do our best to describe every item in great detail . However in the event of a defect or damage of an item, we will visit each case and make a decision so everyone is happy.
