Shipping policy

( Canada & USA)

All orders are processed between 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. All items will be shipped via USPS ( US Orders) and Canada Post( Canadian Orders) with tracking # provided once shipped. Please allow 2-5 business days to receive your item. These are just estimates as shipping can sometimes take longer than quoted.

We only consider a package lost if it has not arrived 6 weeks after the shipping date (USPS/ Canada Post Guidelines) and will look into replacing or refunding the item after this time has passed.

There is a $10 surcharge should you require local delivery. We do offer free local pick-up on all items. If you live in the Calgary area and would like to purchase any one of our items, please feel free to contact us before placing an order at info@joycescloset.ca

INTERNATIONAL

Please be advised that international shipping can take anywhere from 10-20 business days depending on the country. These are just estimates as shipping can sometimes take longer that quoted.

Unfortunately we do not offer tracking on all international orders. Please contact us before ordering to find out if your package will come with tracking info based on country.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES

Customs and / or import duties are charged when the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
